A low carbon steel, general purpose anchor (windlass) chain, with a short, compact link.

The short link makes it more flexible and ideally suited as a windlass chain. Compatible

with all major brands of windlasses. Check fit or contact windlass manufacturer before

purchase. Our extra thick hot dip galvanized finish is recommended for all marine

applications  but BBB anchor chain  is also available electro-zinc plated and self-colored.

New at 1st Chain Supply - galvanized alloy steel shackles!  Now you don't have to order oversized end links to have shackles that match the strength of your chain. The pins on the alloy shackles below will fit inside the last link of your chain and still be the same strength or higher than your chain.

A NOTE ABOUT TRUCK DELIVERIES: (These restrictions are for drums and half drums only - there are NO restrictions on pails)  We are not able to ship drums to a residential address. Please arrange to have your shipment sent to a commercial address where a fork lift is available. Alternatively. we can have the trucking company hold your drums at their terminal nearest you for your pickup. There is a $40.00 non-negotiable fee from the trucking company for calling you when the shipment is ready for pick up. If you do not pick up your shipment as arranged, there may be additional storage fees as well that would be your responsibility.
