About UPS shipments (packages under 150 lb) to residential addresses:

FREE Freight items are no extra charge to any address in the lower 48 states in the US..

Items not marked "Free Freight!" will have freight charges added as a separate line on your order. You can get a freight estimate before placing your order on the "View Cart" page.

About TRUCK shipments to residential addresses:

Our FREE Freight offer applies only to commercial address with a forklift on site. We are not able to ship drums of chain to a residential address. Residential addresses include private homes, apartments, churches, schools (K–12 grade), pre-schools, day cares, camps, farms, public storage facilities, business operating within a private residence, and other such locations not generally recognized as commercial locations and shall apply to the entire premises

You have two alternatives:

1. Arrange to have your shipment sent to a commercial address where a fork lift is available.
2. We can have the trucking company hold your order at their terminal nearest you for your pick up. There is a $40.00 non-negotiable fee to make arrangements with the trucking company for pickup and calling you when the shipment is ready. If you do not pick up your shipment as arranged, there may be additional storage fees as well that would be your responsibility.

All other orders will have freight charges added to the invoice at the lowest available rate.

Special (Expedited) shipping

Items marked "FREE Freight" means FREE Ground or standard LTL truck shipments. We can ship these items with premium shipping (Next Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc) but there will be a prorated extra charge for this service. NOTE: Our shopping cart is not equipped to charge expedited shipping for FREE freight items. So if you need premium shipping for a "Free Freight" item, contact us for charges or we will contact you after receiving your order for additional payment for the expedited shipping charges.
