Because of our low, low prices we offer only the following terms of payment:

Net 30 days on approved credit:
We realize that some of our customers need open credit terms
and we are willing to extend Net 30 day terms to them after a credit
approval process. However, please note that we discount our prices for
payment in advance by credit card or electronic funds transfer and, in order to cover costs
of carrying credit, we take back that discount by ADDDING 10% to the cost of the merchandise.

Notice of Defect or Damage
Buyer must inspect
goods promptly upon receipt of goods . Claims for shortages, damage, defects
or other reasons of unsuitability must be made within thirty (30) days of
the invoice date. All claims not made, in writing to the Seller within the
specified time period shall be deemed waived. Seller will not pay any claim
for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No material shall be
returned without the written consent of the Seller .
Returns or Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of
our products, returns are not accepted unless approved by our sales department. A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged for returned goods.
If we paid the freight through our "FREE Freight" program, the amount we
paid will be deducted from your refund or credit. All returns must be
shipped prepaid and include a copy of our Return Materials Authorization
form. Please contact us before returning for further
information. Chain that has been cut to length and
chain slings cannot be returned.
