1. Q. Can I order LESS than the
minimum?
A. No, sorry. We
will occasionally have remnants available as listed
HERE. Call to order.
2. Q. Why does my shopping cart say
"$999.00 per foot?
A. You have
to enter the minimum footage to get the right price
3. Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Immediate
shipping from warehouses in Tampa, Houston or Chicago (Lowell)
4. Q. Who pays for freight?
A. Freight charges are extra. We will
be glad to quote UPS rates on request.
5. Q. How do I know if my chain is
"304" or "316"?
A. Type 316 chain is generally
embossed with "316" every 36 inches. Type 304 is plain.
6. Q. What is Type 316L chain?
A. The "L" stands for lower carbon which makes stainless
easier to weld. If you are not welding the chain to something, use
the cheaper Type 316. I you need to weld it, then use our US or
French made stainless windlass chain.
