Grade  30 Proof Coil Chain Specifications

A general purpose chain for all ordinary applications not requiring high strength characteristics. Frequently used for light duty tow chains, tie down chains and logging chains. Identified with ""L3"" or similar grade marking. Self-colored, Electro Zinc plated and hot dip galvanized in stock.

Sizes 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 are stocked in "Long Link" design which provides the same working load limits in a lighter weight chain. Other chain stocked in "Regular Link". 

Packaged in drums, half drums, pails and binder chain assemblies. 

Not for overhead lifting. 

 Manufactured to specifications developed by the

National Association of Chain Manufacturers(NACM) and ASTM/ANSI A391 / A391M. Grade 30. Contact our office to determine availability of chain meeting Federal Specification RR-C-271
