What happened to Durbin-Durco brand load binders?

Some years back, Columbus McKinnon (CM) bought the rights to produce the Durbin-Durco line of chain load binders. In recent years CM consolidated its Durbin-Durco manufacturing and warehousing operations, located in Reform, Alabama, into two of its other North American manufacturing facilities in Tennessee. The Dixie brand binder now replaces all Durbin-Durco part numbers. Another of our domestic binder manufacturers, Durabilt, is owned and operated by Tom Durbin thus continuing the long illustrious history of the Durbin family in the manufacturing business.
